CTV’s award-winning youth programs connect students with a community of multi-level learners to identify and grow their strengths, explore community issues, and create together. CTV adult and teen staff mentor youth to create short films and documentaries to empower them as critical-thinking visual storytellers and active community members. This unique leadership experience entails collaboration through planning, direction, production, and distribution on community television and online mediums. CTV Teens welcomes youth of color, new-immigrant youth, youth from low-income families, youth living with disabilities, LGBTQIA youth, and all youth looking to find a platform for their voice.
